You body certainly needs some fat to function optimally; depriving it of fat will mean causing a problem in your body which isn&#8217;t right. Most fats are commonly found in animal foods or can be synthesized in your body from carbohydrates. However, your body cannot make these essential fatty acids, which are omega-6 and omega-3. A deficiency of essential fatty acids will produce symptoms such as dry and scaly skin, dermatitis, and hair loss. As you can see, that&#8217;s even more than you bargained for. The initial plan is to lose weight but fear can make you act on the wrong information when you naturally know that what you are doing is against human nature of existence. <p>We all know that when it comes to muscle building, we cannot rely on science to give us the best solution for this purpose. <p>Over the years computer technology has turned out to be one of the highest funded projects, its results and progress have taken an astounding pace simply because of no other reason but the funds they get to carry out their studies. This is not the same in the world of muscle building.</p>
<p>This is simply reads your mind, right? If you are looking out for a solution to building massive sized, then thinking of the general science as your only hope of accomplishing that would be a hope left riding on a bicycle wheel. So look elsewhere and take your hopes off the general science because you will only get disappointed at the end of the day.</p>
<p><b>If it is Not Science, where is the Answer?</b></p>
<p>We all have moments that stick to our minds at some point in life; mine was a long time ago in college. One of my lecturers made a statement I will never forget. To quote him, “science is observing the world around and making use of information gotten from your observation.”</p>
<p>Just in case you never got to do anything that had to do with a lot of science in it in school, I will explain what this statement means with an example. If you want to cure a disease that is located in a particular area of the world, what you need to do is make a research on other cultures where the disease has never occurred before. At this point, you will have to figure out what this people who have never had to suffer from this disease are doing that those suffering from it are not doing.</p>
<p>It makes perfect sense if your intention to get bigger biceps has to do with you studying sports that have athletes whose biceps are amazing large. Simply figure out what these guys are doing that you don&#8217;t know about and has a result not been doing. Now if the general science won’t give you the right solution for increasing your muscle size, you create yours and that is what I call smart science.</p>
<p>Everyone who is dishing out solutions today on how to build muscle was never professionals from the start. This was the same smart science they used only that the old timers in bodybuilding didn’t have anybody to observe but observe themselves through practice. But now you have a lot of people to make your observation from. This is the perfect time to become a scientist for you. You don&#8217;t need special tools or apparatus, all you need is your mind, a pen and a paper.</p>
<p>With that said, it is important that I give you my own idea about muscle building that would help you out even though I am advising you to be your own scientist. But before I go into the meat of the matter on how to add up mass to the various areas most needed in your body, it is important to be sure what body part truly deserve to be tagged as stubborn. Your relatively challenged calves might not be stubborn as you think, that is why it is important that you first of all consider these two major points before making your decision.</p>

<li>Yu have to accept the truth: you need to ask yourself question that must be sincerely answered. Is your muscle of concern small in size because you rarely train it? It is a no brainer knowing why so many guys you see at the gym have tiny calves. Why won’t they have such small sized thing on their legs called calves when they hardly do any work on them? <li>Be patient and Accept that muscle growth doesn&#8217;t happen the first day you train: the stimulation for growth would definitely start the first day you start training, but expecting visual result that same day is demanding for an impossible from your body. If you just started few days or weeks ago and you are already uneasy about your muscle size, maybe it would be a good idea if you joined a club that every other dude in the block has been a member of. You won’t find anyone complaining about increasing muscle size fast.  The key to this is patience and consistency. You might be thinking that “hey I have the perfect training method for my body type,” this won’t change anything; it still would take time before you start seeing visual growth on your muscle.</li>
</ul>
<p>With that said, if after training a particular body part consistently for more than two months and you don&#8217;t seem to be seeing any sort of development, then you should know that this part is a stubborn body part which means that there has to be some sort of problem you have to solve before proceeding with any other training method.</p>
<p><b>The 30 Reps Method For Mass</b></p>

<p>In solving your stubborn body part problem you have to first of all consider the training parameters you have been making use of. If you want to build big muscles and you are using the three sets ten reps technique, that won’t build you a substantial muscle size even though this method is used on muscles that easily increase in size. Like I would always say, doing the same thing all the time and expecting different results every time is a short definition of madness. If you want to get that muscle to hypertrophy, you will have to do something different in the initial stage of training a stubborn muscle group using a less traditional method that works amazingly to build muscle.</p>
<p>The thirty reps method is among the greatest muscle building exercises to get your stubborn muscle group to respond to you with growth that is well deserved. This method is one that was taken out of the once popular 10 sets of 3 reps method. In this one, you will start out with a weight that is heavy enough for you to complete six reps in the first set.</p>
<p>Then follow it up using the same with by lifting as much as you can which is likely not going to be up to six reps. Then again the third set follows. So it continues until you finally hit the total of 30 reps.</p>
<p>Take note, there is no need to change the weight you are using, continue with the same weight you started with even though as you do the reps start to reduce in number. That’s how it’s suppose to be, your strength is not suppose to be the same at the third sets as it was at the first set. So expect your muscle to gradually get weak as you proceed.</p>
<p>Well, this might sound like it is not something I usually would advise you to do, but you can’t use the same technique all the time and expect to get a different result all the time. There has to be a new way to do things. Like I said, observe and use the information from your observation. Using a new method once in a while is not a bad idea. If your observation is a correct one, then use the information that is derived from it. I do a lot of observation and try out a lot of things for myself; if it works, you will certainly know about it, but if it doesn&#8217;t I’ll probably want to keep quiet about it which is a natural thing to do. But trust me; I won’t keep anything away from you.</p>

<p>Here you are basically eating every three hours or so, with your breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals being slightly larger than your snacks. You can also do well on a 5 meal a day schedule. This is the one I use as it works best with my kind of schedule you should also pick the one that suits your schedule for maximum result:</p>
<p>• Meal 1 – Breakfast (8:30am)</p>
<p>• Meal 2– Lunch (Noon)</p>
<p>• Meal 3 – Snack (3:30pm)</p>
<p>• Meal 4 – Dinner (6:30pm)</p>
<p>• Meal 5 – Snack (10pm)</p>
<p>Whatever schedule you use, just make sure to eat 5-6 mini meals every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day. You’ll keep your metabolism and energy up, provide a consistent flow of nutrients so your body can burn fat and build lean muscle, and keep your body from crazy blood sugar and insulin spikes and dropping into starvation mode while experiencing those cravings you can hardly get a handle on.</p>
<p><b>THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT MEALS OF THE DAY</b></p>

It’s actually one of the two most important meals of the day, the other being your post workout meal. Let’s talk about breakfast first. Upon Waking, your Body Is Like A Nutrient Absorbing Sponge… Breakfast is so important because, quite simply, it is the first meal of the day. There is nothing magical about the word breakfast, but the first meal of the day is all-important for kick-starting your metabolism into gear. Let’s assume your last meal from the previous day was eaten around 10pm. You go to bed around 11pm and then rise around 7am the following morning. Calculate that for yourself, the result shows that your body hasn&#8217;t been fed for the past nine hours of the night. That’s a long time, and the only time you should go this long without eating because you are resting and doing nothing which therefore means the need to use up more energy is not required of your body. When you rise, your body is primed for nutrient absorption. And the nutrients you give it will set you up for the rest of the day. Should you choose to skip or skimp on breakfast and wait until lunchtime to eat, 14 or so hours will have elapsed. At this point, the body starts breaking down its muscle to supply amino acids to other parts of the body…horrible for muscle building and fat loss! Also, did somebody say starvation mode? As you now know, you’ll overeat at that lunch time, and your energy level will drop as a result of your blood sugar rise from such a large amount of food. Then you won’t be hungry for quite a while and will stuff yourself on a huge dinner.</p>
<p>The cycle continues. Making sure you get a healthy breakfast is an important factor in setting up a consistent eating pattern throughout the day, and you’ll also tend to eat less throughout the day at your meals when you’ve had a good breakfast. <p>The other most important meal, as I mentioned earlier in this article is your post workout meal. Be sure to know that this is only on your workout days. Depending on when you workout, this could be any meal or snack of the day. When we perform a workout involving proper high-intensity metabolic resistance training exercise, we reduce our body and muscles of valuable energy resources. In the first hour, about 15-30 minutes following your workout, your body is prepared to absorb the maximum amount of nutrients you can consume at a sitting. If you expect to have sustained progress with your exercise efforts, you must give the body the nutrients it needs, when it needs them. The most critical time is almost immediately after your workout.</p>
<p><b>Fast Digesting Protein and Sugars with Little or No Fat</b></p>
<p>The makeup of this meal is a bit different than the rest of your daily meals. Here is the one time you’ll want to consume fast acting simple carbs (sugars) as well as fast acting protein like whey (this is idea is strictly to be followed by those who workout for any reason, whether for muscle building or weight loss purposes). Doing this helps the body to assimilate these nutrients to replenish your muscle glycogen stores, which leads to faster recovery and greater muscle development and fat loss. Also, you’ll want to keep this post workout meal very low in fat as fat will slow down the absorption of the nutrients into the bloodstream. In addition, your pre-workout meal should typically be eaten no closer than an hour before your workout better still, two hours before your workout time.
